Coverages On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, NAUSS actively participated in
the proceedings of the third annual meeting of the Arab Association
Naif Arab for Prosecutors in Marrakesh. This event was hosted by the Kingdom
University for of Morocco and represented by the Presidency of Public Ministry,
Security Sciences revolving around the theme “Fostering a Sustainable Arab Judicial
Participates in Dialogue.” The meeting spanned from November 29 to December 1,
the 3rd Annual 2023.
Meeting of the
Arab Association Their Excellencies, the public prosecutors and public prosecution
for Prosecutors judges from member countries of the association, were integral
participants in the meeting. NAUSS, attending as the scientific body
of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, was represented by Mr. Khalid
Alharfash, its Vice-President for External Relations.

Concurrently, an international seminar was held alongside the
meeting, delving into the topic: «Efforts of Public Prosecutions in
Arab Countries in Combating Corruption Crimes: Money Laundering,
Migrant Smuggling, and Human Trafficking-Challenges and
Constraints”. The seminar aimed to leverage judicial cooperation
mechanisms among Arab countries, effectively combating crime
in its various forms, fostering judicial dialogue, improving
communication among public prosecutions in Arab countries for
effective criminal justice, and enhancing the technical capabilities
of public prosecution members in crime prevention.
